They are friendly, and quick. I appreciated that they gave me explanations to a couple of the questions I asked because I donβt understand cars super well. It felt a little bit like they were trying to get more money by asking about the additional check ups because they do ask, but I didnβt know enough about cars to know if I really did so I just said no to everything. They respected that. They answered several of my questions and gave good explanations when I asked so I was grateful for that. They even showed me how the shop underneath works because I was curious. That was fun!

They destroyed my high mileage engine. I only was asking the price. He gave me 89 and 110. I was backing away and he said ok I'll do it for 80. The other guy asked him three times, questioning putting in the cheap oil, compared to 5.50 a quart. Then he asked me. I said it was maxed at 192000 so high mileage. The oil is crap. Immediately on leaving my engine began scraping sounds from the bad oil. I have to change it again. He had no interest in their so called check point service, doing or advising, busy with other customers. I will give him (negative, minus) 5 stars, for harming my car. The last oil change it was 4 quarts at 9.99, what my car needs. What a crappy man.

They get the job done, but theyβll make it a fight. I went in for an oil change and when they came in and asked what oil I wanted put in the car, they said that the only oil that worked for my car was their synthetic, even though I have been using standard oil for this vehicle for over 100,000 miles. They also make a big talk on other things I should get done, none of which were actually an issue and all of which they emphasized tremendously. On top of this, the oil change took over an hour. I am a very young looking woman, often mistaken for an inexperienced driver, so that very well could have played a role, though I saw them doing the same thing to a tall strong man who was in the waiting room with me. Thanks for taking 50 extra bucks that I was going to use on tuition, Jiffy Lube!

Good, fast service. Michael and Kevin did a great job. I went in for an emission check on a Saturday afternoon and they werenβt busy so it took 10-15 mins total. I think I read 5 pages of my book and they were done. Wifi and clean chairs to sit inside and wait while they are working on your car. For an emission check in Utah, they charged $47 and itβs extra if you want on the spot renewal with the DMV stickers there (I think $10 or so). Otherwise you can easily go on the DMV website REX.utah.gov and the DMV will mail you the stickers for free to save the extra $10 charge. Also jiffy lube has coupons and discounts of $10-15 available often. Ask or look online for a coupon. π

I pulled up and an older gentleman with whitish brownish hair, glasses and in black uniform came out with a clipboard. I rolled my window down and asked him if I could get an oil change and was met with attitude. He sat there and looked at me as if heβs never seen a person of color in his life. Never had someone make me feel so unwelcomed to their business than I did today. If you wanna give your hard earn money to an establishment that treats their customers like a trash, this is your place. Looking at the reviews you can tell most of them are fake. Please go somewhere for your oil change needs. Iβll make sure my family and friends avoid this place at all cost!
